Looks like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are fully on speaking terms, despite rumors of the contrary.
J.Lo reportedly stopped by her semi-estranged husband’s rental home in Brentwood over the weekend (on August 11, to be exact) while he was fully there. It’s unclear what their interaction was like, but…it seems like progress? Oh, and the visit came after the Atlas actor stopped by Jennifer Garner’s house to pick up the 13 Going on 30 star and Ben’s son Samuel for a shopping date.
“Just because she’s not with Ben doesn’t mean that she doesn’t care about his kids,” a source tells People. “She always cared about them. She spent months looking for the perfect house for their blended family last year. Now when she’s back in L.A. she wants to spend quality time with them before school resumes and Violet is off to college.”
The insider also notes that “The kids are still off from school. [Ben] spends a lot of time with them too. It hasn’t been the easiest summer for him either. He’s just trying to stay focused and make every day as good as possible.”
